Once your order is received, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and ready for shipment. Once confirmed, we process the charges and submit the order for shipping.

Which carriers do you ship with?
We use trusted shipping carriers, including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please email info@alitywholesale.com, and we will assist you.
