The Petzl SEQUOIA SRT is strictly for pro tree work and real height jobs. Cutting limbs a hundred feet up can put you in a wheelchair or a box way too fast. Nobody should clip into this thing without solid training from someone who actually knows what they’re doing. Give it a hard look before every climb. One cracked bridge buckle, a frayed stitch on the leg-loop elastic, or a bent gate on the SRT ring and the harness is done, toss it. That gated lower ring is only for single-rope technique; run a doubled rope through it and the plastic will crack sooner or later, probably when you’re thirty meters off the deck.
